This Cherry and Blueberry Pie combines the sweet tartness of cherries and blueberries with a creamy filling for a delightful dessert.

- 2 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 21-ounce cans cherry pie filling
- 21-ounce can blueberry pie filling
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place one pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix Daisy Sour Cream, 2 egg yolks, and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly on the crust, then pour the sour cream mixture over the cherries.
- Top with blueberry pie filling.
- Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges; cut slits into the top crust for steam to escape.
- Brush the crust with milk and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
This pie is best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
