Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 small banana (@65g and optional)
  • 45 g greek yoghurt
  • 70 ml milk
  • your choice
  • 80 g frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp almond essence
  • Few flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and mashed banana (if using).
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt, milk, almond butter, and almond essence until fully mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the frozen cherries.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a ramekin or small baking dish and top with flaked almonds.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
