- 200 grams linguini pasta
- 650 grams cherry tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4–5 small sprigs of thyme
- 40 grams onion minced
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 10–12 fresh basil leaves

- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Cook the linguini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic, thyme, and dried oregano. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to burst, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked linguini into the skillet until well coated in the sauce, adding the fresh basil leaves just before serving.
Notes
