  • 1 cup dry fusilli pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 chicken tenderloins
  • cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken chunks. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the dried minced onion, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken and spices, both cans of soup, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
