- 1 cup dry fusilli pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 chicken tenderloins
- cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken chunks. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the dried minced onion, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken and spices, both cans of soup, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
