- 2 – 8oz Cans Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- softened
- 3/4 – 1 cup Mexican or Cheddar Cheese
- 2 1/2 – 3 cups Shredded Chicken (about 1 pound)
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Lay out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet, and spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto each roll.
- Roll the crescent dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
