- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast
- cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small onion

- 2 large garlic cloves

- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 ½ cup (300 ml) tomato sauce (passata)
- 1 cup half and half (single cream)
- ½ cup (50 g) Parmesan
- grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped garlic and red chili flakes, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken pieces and Italian seasoning, cooking until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and half and half, stirring well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.
