  • minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley
  • chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced zucchini and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
