- minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley

- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced zucchini and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the skillet mixture, tossing gently to combine.
