Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Whisk until well blended, then add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake marinated chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
