  • 68 mint leaves
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • either 2% or whole milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mint leaves, whole milk, Greek yogurt, orange juice, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, kosher salt, and black pepper.
