- 40 oz Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Press half of the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a base.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, granulated sugar, vanilla, and optional lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie dough base in the baking pan.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices and serving.
