Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Roll-Ups are a delightful twist on traditional French toast, perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert treat. These roll-ups are filled with cinnamon sugar goodness and are easy to make!

- 6 slices of bread (white or brioche work best)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
- melted
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make them easier to roll.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In another small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Take a slice of bread, dip it in the egg mixture, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat the process for all bread slices and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with maple syrup or powdered sugar on top.
Notes
For an extra kick, try adding some cream cheese or fruit inside the roll-ups before baking.
