Coconut Cream Dream Bars are a delightful dessert with a creamy coconut filling that melts in your mouth, paired with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter

- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar, then pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before whipping the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled bars and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into slices and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of coconut extract to the whipped cream.
