- skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of the butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in thyme and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Dot the remaining butter over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F or 75°C).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
