- Potatoes

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the mirepoix (onion, celery, and carrots) to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced potatoes, tomatoes with juice, corn, and beans of your choice.
- Pour in the broth and add the spices (smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and Italian seasoning). Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot.
