  • softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup finely diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup finely chopped spinach
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red and green bell peppers, green onions, parsley, chopped spinach, chopped turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, lemon juice, ranch seasoning mix, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, then wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
