Description

This Creamy Peach Pie is a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of fresh peaches with a smooth and creamy filling, all set in a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • one 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • thawed or store brand equivalent
  • one 3 oz package peach jello
  • one 3 oz package cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 29 ounce can sliced peaches
  • drained (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the peach jello, vanilla pudding, and water. Cook according to package instructions until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding the drained peach slices.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Pour the peach mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe, fresh peaches when in season. You can also top with additional Cool Whip before serving for a decorative touch.
