- one 9 inch graham cracker crust
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Cool Whip
- thawed or store brand equivalent
- one 3 oz package peach jello
- one 3 oz package cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 29 ounce can sliced peaches
- drained (2 cups)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- In a saucepan, combine the peach jello, vanilla pudding, and water. Cook according to package instructions until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding the drained peach slices.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Pour the peach mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe, fresh peaches when in season. You can also top with additional Cool Whip before serving for a decorative touch.
