Ingredients

  • Three packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • Four cups of chicken broth
  • One 8-ounce block of cream cheese
  • One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • One pound of kielbasa sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer the frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies at the bottom.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the pierogies.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and cubed cream cheese on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours, or until the pierogies are heated through and tender.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
