  • 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the pitted Medjool dates, toasted almonds or peanuts, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Process until the mixture is smooth and sticky.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press it down to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
