Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric, minced garlic, ginger, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth and combined.
