Ingredients

- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Turkey pepperoni or beef sausage
- 1 cup Sugar-free marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwavable bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat until melted, stirring frequently.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and egg until combined.
- Stir the melted cheese mixture into the almond flour mixture until dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle on parchment paper.
- Add turkey pepperoni (or desired filling) and a spoonful of marinara sauce to one half of each circle.
- Fold the other half over and seal the edges by crimping with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to customize the filling to your liking with different meats or veggies. The dough can also be adapted by substituting different cheeses.
