Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the peaches and tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño, then add them to the bowl.
