- 1 cup Graham Cracker or Gingersnap Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 12 oz Coating (White or Dark Chocolate)
- Decorations (Crushed Cookies
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate Drizzle)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in graham cracker or gingersnap crumbs until the mixture holds together.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined tray.
- While the chocolate is still wet, add your desired decorations. Let the chocolate set at room temperature.

Notes
