Ingredients
2 large oranges (navel or blood oranges), thinly sliced
¼ cup coconut sugar or granulated sugar (optional)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of ground ginger (optional)
Dash of sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
Wash oranges thoroughly and slice into ⅛-inch thick rounds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange orange slices in a single layer.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt if using.
Bake for 2–3 hours, flipping slices halfway through, until fully dried but not burnt.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.

For sugar-free slices, skip sweeteners entirely
Use a dehydrator at 135°F (57°C) for 6–8 hours as an alternative
