- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1/2 (11 ounce) bottle Thai red curry sauce
- such as Trader Joe’s®
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- or more to taste
- 14 to 15 pieces frozen gyoza
- crunchy chili oil
- for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, Thai red curry sauce, teriyaki sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add the fresh spinach to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen gyoza on top of the sauce in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the gyoza, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the gyoza are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve hot, drizzled with crunchy chili oil for added flavor.
