- 12 frozen dumplings
- 2 packages instant ramen noodles
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions
- sliced
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add the frozen dumplings and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- While the dumplings are cooking, add the instant ramen noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into the pot and stir gently to poach them in the broth.
- Add the fresh spinach, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring until the spinach is wilted.
- Ladle the ramen and dumpling mixture into bowls, and garnish with sliced green onions and black sesame seeds.
Notes
