- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed
- 12 oz Fresh Raspberries 3 to 4 cups
- 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries about 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the sugar cookie dough package instructions.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a pizza pan or baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake according to package directions until golden brown, then let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the raspberries in stripes across the pizza to create the flag’s stripes.
- Place the blueberries in the top left corner for the stars.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
