- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes (if using), beef broth, paprika, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish; top with shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for later.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
