- 1 15.25- oz. can corn undrained
- 1 10- oz. can Rotel tomatoes undrained
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 8- oz package light cream cheese
- 2 chicken breasts
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, ranch dressing mix, cumin, chili powder, and onion powder.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture and cover with the lid.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and allow it to melt before stirring it into the chili.
