  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, cooking for about 1 minute until bubbly.
  3. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken, frozen peas and carrots, and corn (if using). Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
