- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter

- 1 1/2 cups (180g) powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

- white icing or melted white chocolate (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and optional coffee powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownie bites cool completely in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
- In the meantime, prepare the frosting by beating together softened butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Frost the cooled brownie bites and decorate them with white icing or melted white chocolate to resemble footballs.
Notes
For a fun twist, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts to the batter before baking. The optional coffee powder enhances the cocoa flavor but can be omitted.
