  • 1 tablespoon plain gelatin
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until combined, then press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  2. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, and gelatin over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Layer the blackberry mixture over the crust, followed by the whipped cream mixture. Spread it evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
