- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups crushed Doritos
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans drained & rinsed
- 1 (12 ounce) can corn drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, and ground cumin, mixing well for about 1 minute.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed Doritos, black beans, corn, salsa, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Add the beef mixture to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and top with optional toppings before serving.
