Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium green apples
  • 2 medium red apples
  • ¾ cup cranberries dried
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3 medium naval orange
  • 1 medium lemon
  • Dressing Ingredients: ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup sugar white
  • ¼ tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 zest lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the green and red apples into bite-sized pieces, discarding the cores.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, dried cranberries, pecans, and grapes.
  3. Peel, segment, and chop the naval oranges, adding them to the fruit mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, lemon zest, and orange zest until combined.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
