Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
