- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- 40–50 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup green olives pitted and sliced
- 1 6 ounce can black olives drained and sliced
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup nuts cashews or walnuts chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, white sugar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced green olives, sliced black olives, and finely chopped green onions to the bowl.
- Gently toss the salad until everything is well coated with the dressing.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top and toss lightly again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
