Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the fresh figs and combine with eggs and applesauce until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the all-purpose flour and old-fashioned oats until just combined.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
