  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup applesauce

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the fresh figs and combine with eggs and applesauce until well blended.
