Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips
  • crushed granola
  • chia seeds
  • or crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in your choice of optional mix-ins.
  4. Scoop the mixture into small silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  5. Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
