- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If desired, fold in your choice of optional mix-ins.
- Scoop the mixture into small silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Pop out the bites and enjoy or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
