Instructions

  2. Make the dough:
    • Add flour, salt, and olive oil.
    • Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead:
    • Knead for 5–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. First rise:
    • Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled.
  5. Shape the dough:
    • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
    • Transfer dough to a greased baking tray.
    • Stretch gently and dimple the surface with your fingers.
  6. Prepare garlic butter:
    • Melt butter on low heat and mix in minced garlic.
  7. Add toppings:
    • Drizzle garlic butter over the dough.
