Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Cheddar Cheese
- Biscuit or Pizza Dough
- Garlic
- Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
- Parsley (Optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square and fold the dough over, sealing it tightly.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush it over the tops of the dough bombs.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed dough.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, then serve hot.
