  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using), then place over the potatoes.
