- 2 cups whole milk for creamier version
- use 1 ¾ cup whole milk and ¼ cup cream or evaporated milk
- Seasoned salt salt

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the gluten free sausage until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the gluten free flour over the sausage and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the whole milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps and until gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the sausage gravy over prepared gluten free biscuits.
