Instructions
- In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped chives, tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the Green Goddess sauce.
- Spread a generous amount of the Green Goddess sauce onto one side of each slice of hearty bread.
- Layer fresh arugula, slices of mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, mashed or sliced avocado, and alfalfa sprouts on one slice of bread.
- Top with the other slice of bread, sauce side down, and gently press together.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately, with additional sauce on the side if desired.
