- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced or grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the creamy garlic sauce.
