- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

- ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, minced garlic, dried basil, ginger powder, and black pepper to create the marinade/glaze.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Adjust the amount of sriracha for your desired spiciness.
