  • 3 peaches
  • halved and pits removed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • melted
  • Optional toppings: Yogurt
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over them.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  5. Flip the peaches carefully and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
