- 3 peaches
- halved and pits removed
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- melted

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over them.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches carefully and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
