- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup dried minced onion flakes
- 2 (15-oz) cans Pork & Beans
- 6 Tbsp ketchup
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 5 slices precooked bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the dried minced onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, Pork & Beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with slices of precooked bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
