1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup grated white onion
10 oz. frozen riced broccoli
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 egg
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
extra ketchup for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, milk, grated onion, riced broccoli, ketchup, mustard, egg, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the ground turkey and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra ketchup if desired.
Notes
For a moist meatloaf, avoid overmixing the turkey with the other ingredients. You can also add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
