- 3 egg whites
- 100 g low-fat mozzarella cheese
- shredded
- 50 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
- 1 small onion
- finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, egg whites, minced garlic, chopped onion, mozzarella cheese, whole wheat breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are set.
