  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

  2. Core and slice the sweet apples, then mix them with cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, and melted coconut oil.
