- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour or tapioca flour starch

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, chicken stock, lemon juice, coconut aminos, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coating well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat.
- Coat chicken chunks in arrowroot flour, shaking off excess.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
